We usually dispatch the products within 5-7 business days. Delivery timelines may vary by location. You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We accept returns only in case of damaged or wrong products received supported by video or images. There will be careful examination/review of the products based on the evidence shared and the customer is confirmed about the success of the Return/Exchange of the product. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at amalamcollective@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
