1. Product information: All our products are handmade and machine made and minor variations in colors, fabrics, texture or size may occur. These are natural characteristics of handcrafted items and should not be considered defects. Actual product may vary slightly than shown in Image due to the light effect or product shoot quality etc.

2. Pricing & Payment: All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update prices or product details without prior notice

3. Order Confirmation: An order is considered confirmed only after full payment is received. We may contact you for verification if required only through our registered email address amalamcollective@gmail.com

4. Delivery Timelines: We aim to dispatch orders within 5-7 business day. However, unforeseen shipment or logistics delay may occur, which are beyond our control

5. Returns and Exchanges: As per the Returns and Exchange Policy outlines separately visible on our website.

6. Liability: Amalam Collective is not liable for any indirect loss, delay or damage caused during shipping or product use.

7. Copyrights & Brand Use: All images, designs and content on this website belong to Amalam Collective and may not be copied or reused without consent or permission of Amalam.

8. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi, India
