We usually dispatch the products within 5-7 business days. Delivery timelines may vary by location. You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped. 

Step: 1: Video is required to be submitted for the damaged products.

Step 2: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

Step 3: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We accept returns only in case of

• Damaged or wrong products received supported by video or images. There will be careful examination/review of the products based on the evidence shared and the customer is confirmed about the success of the Return/Exchange of the product.
• Please email us within 14-48 hours of delivery at amalamcollective@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
• Anyone informing about the damaged product after 12-48 hours of window, will not be eligible for return. Delivery time will be verified from the courier partner portal.
• Product sizes are clearly displayed on the product images, return is not eligible for size or colour not as per the expectation of the buyer.
